❖ Weather conditions: TGTE is not responsible for adverse weather conditions that may affect the development of the route. In case of cancellation or modification of activities and services due to weather phenomena, no refunds or compensation will be offered.

❖ Food intolerances and allergies: It is the client's responsibility to inform in advance of any food intolerance or allergy.

❖ Client responsibility: TGTE is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents the client may suffer during the route, scheduled activities, or any other circumstance derived from their participation in the trip. Premium insurance included. (Consult specific cases)

❖ Changes due to closures or schedule modifications: TGTE is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by facility closures, schedule changes, or operational adjustments at visited locations due to seasonal factors or special events. In such cases, alternatives will be proposed based on availability.

❖ Late arrival to activities: It is the client’s responsibility to arrive punctually to the scheduled activities. In case of delay, the activity will be considered cancelled without the right to a refund.

❖ Official hours and changes outside the schedule: Activities will take place according to official established hours. If the client wishes to make changes or schedule activities outside those hours, this may be done at an additional cost, subject to availability. It is recommended to consult in advance to manage necessary adjustments.

❖ Confirmation voucher: Once the reservation is reconfirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary along with confirmation of all services included in the trip. Throughout the route, the client must carry (in paper or digital format) the confirmation of all services provided by TGTE to present at the establishments.

❖ TGTE reserves the right to modify or change activities without prior notice in order to ensure the quality of the tour.

❖ Published prices are subject to possible changes for reasons beyond our control, such as occupancy, limited availability of certain services, or changes in provider conditions (releases). Rates and availability will be reconfirmed at the time of booking to guarantee final price and availability. If the client does not agree with the price, they may cancel the reservation within 48 hours with no charges, and the deposit paid will be refunded.
